SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Please know that we are a small operation doing big things. I personally manage orders, package and ship each order by hand here at home after my kids go to bed each night. I strive to make sure each and every order is correctly filled and shipped as soon as you send me your hard earned money. That being said, if for some reason your package is returned to me and its due to an error on my part, I will cover the expense to re-package and re-ship your purchase ASAP. If there are ANY issues with your shipment, please email me directly at basketcasemag@gmail.com. On the other hand though, if the return is due to an error on your part (i.e. you miss-typed your address when you ordered, or you moved, or whatever the case may be...) I will send you an invoice to cover the cost of re-packaging and re-shipping your order. Thank you for your understanding and for your diligence on making sure your order is correct at the time you place it!
